Who we are and why it matters

It started with a problem

Patrick and Jack Findaro first learned about the E-2 investor visa in 2014. Having grown up watching their father, Joe Findaro, practice law and advocate for clients in the public sector, they understood how overwhelming government processes could feel. Inspired by his example, they set out to create a clearer, more accessible path for individuals seeking U.S. residency.

A solution is born

In 2015, they built a platform to help entrepreneurs to move to the U.S. through the E-2 visa. Leveraging their experience in franchising and immigration, they launched Visa Franchise to source and analyze E-2 eligible franchise businesses.

Going global

Word spread fast. From Latin America to Asia, clients from 65+ countries trusted us to help them invest in vetted U.S. franchises and relocate with confidence.
